Thanks to our smallholding for providing fresh pork making delicious terrines, sausages, hams, bacons and roasts and for the provision of Goose for Christmas, Turkeys and fresh eggs. From the orchards, apples, plums, delicious sweet figs, grapes, cobnuts, sweet chestnuts, cherries, rhubarb, raspberries, blackcurrants, horseradish quince, medlar and pears.
