Wild mushrooms Sautéed in a tarragon and spring onion butter on homemade rye toast
  micro herb salad, topped with shavings of parmesan and white truffle oil

Pan seared West Bay king scallops with a double baked scallop souffle, quenelle of herby peas,
finished with a prosecco, scallop roe and cream sauce

Fragrant Chinese duck breast noodle soup with ginger, garlic and fresh chilli
served with baby corn, pak choi, leek & fresh coriander


Pan fried 6oz fillet steak, topped with duck liver pate and caramelized onion compote, fine green beans wrapped in smoked streeky bacon, Dauphinoise potatoes, red wine pan jus
